Çağdaş brings over 20 years of executive and transaction experience, having served as CFO and CEO across multiple industries, including manufacturing, financial services, e-commerce, and technology. Throughout his executive career, he has successfully led multiple sell-side exits including cross-border transactions as well as buy-side acquisitions, working with both international and domestic counterparties. He has deep expertise in preparing companies for sale, managing end-to-end deal processes, and leading post-merger integration (PMI). In addition to his advisory work, he serves as a General Partner and Investment Committee member at a venture capital fund, actively contributing to investment decisions and portfolio strategy. Çağdaş holds a BA degree in Business Administration (English) from Dokuz Eylül University.
