Funda Özbaldan is a real estate professional specializing in urban planning, development, and investment advisory, with over 20 years of experience across land, logistics, industrial, commercial, and mixed-use assets. She began her career in 2006 at Çelen Corporate Real Estate Appraisal and Consultancy, where she worked as a valuation expert and gained extensive experience in valuation, due diligence, and market analysis. She is a licensed Real Estate Valuation Expert. In 2013, she joined Primist Real Estate Development and Investment as Business Development Manager, where she played an active role in investment processes including feasibility, highest and best use (HBU) analysis, concept development, project financing, contract structuring, and investor relations. Since 2022, Funda is the Founder of Atlas Real Estate Consulting & Marketing, advising institutional investors, landowners, and developers on portfolio management, development strategy, and value creation. She has been involved in numerous large-scale projects, including logistics developments, mixed-use projects, industrial land investments, and portfolio management across multiple regions in Turkey. She is currently leading the leasing and development strategy of a large-scale logistics project in Tuzla. Funda also serves as a Board Member of the Real Estate Strategy Association (GİSP) and is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Kent Kültürel Miras Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş.
