She advised both multinational and local strategic investors and various private equity funds in 150+ projects. She played a pivotal role in high-profile M&A transactions in a wide variety of industries. She is a trusted advisor to uncover underlying and sustainable profitability of operations. She has extensive experience in financial engineering and conducting value added analyses on fundamental pricing and costing accounting issues. Pelin holds a BSc in Economics from Bogazici University.
