Fuat is the Founder and General Manager of LabX Business Angels and a Partner at Xanadu Consultants. He began his professional career in the pharmaceutical sector before joining the international management consultancy firm Booz Allen Hamilton as a consultant and project manager. During this period, he led strategic initiatives in business strategy, restructuring, and sales optimization across Europe, the Middle East, and Turkey, while also managing high-profile due diligence projects for M&A and privatizations. In 2007, Fuat founded LabX, Turkey's first private business incubator and angel investment network, effectively introducing the concept of angel investment to the Turkish ecosystem. As an active licensed angel investor, he currently serves on the boards of eight diverse companies ranging from mobile technologies and retail to health R&D. Parallel to his investment activities, he provides consultancy to global companies and governments through Xanadu Consultants, specializing in market entry and marketing strategies for the US, UK, and European markets. Beyond his commercial ventures, Fuat is a prominent figure in entrepreneurship education, serving as the National Business and Entrepreneurship Director of Mektebim College and lecturing at Yeditepe and Kültür Universities. He is also the creator of the long-running TV show "Bir Fikrin mi Var?" (Do You Have an Idea?), which has reached millions of viewers across four countries. Fuat holds a BSc in Biology from Imperial College and an MSc in Health Management from Imperial Business School, having completed his secondary education at Eton College.
