Orhan is a Co-Founder of Future Ready, a thematic venture studio. He began his career in 2000 at Bear Stearns as a Debt Capital Markets Analyst. He later served as an Associate at ÜNLÜ & Co and a Senior Associate at İş Private Equity before moving into vice presidency at Bedminster Capital Management, a private equity fund focused on Southeast Europe. Prior to co-founding Future Ready, Orhan spent 13 years at Mediterra Capital Private Equity, where he was responsible for Technology and Business Services investments. During his career, he invested €250m into 20 companies and exited all of them. He served on the boards of directors for over 20+ companies such as Logo Yazılım, GlassHouse, and PayCore. As a serial intrapreneur, he co-founded several ventures during his board memberships, such as Yazara Payment Solutions, Figopara, and Logo Ventures I. In 2025, he co-founded Future Ready, focusing on healthspan, social health, and the future of work. Through the studio, he also co-founded ooba Social, a platform dedicated to social fitness and midlife connections. Orhan holds a B.S. and B.A. in Finance and Economics from Boston University. He is a CFA Institute Charterholder and has completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme.
