Omer is the Co-Founder of Mundi and Hesapkurdu. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2010 by co-founding Hesapkurdu, which became one of Turkey's leading banking price comparison platforms. Throughout his 16-year tenure at the company, he served as CEO between 2019 and 2024, overseeing the platform's merger with Koalay under the BHL Group (Comparethemarket.com). Following a re-acquisition of the group by its original shareholders in 2025, Moltiply Group became the majority shareholder in 2026. A serial entrepreneur in the financial services and technology space, Omer also co-founded several other ventures, including Pospay Financial Services and Haso Payment Systems in 2017, as well as the service platform ÇözenAdam in 2013. In 2022, he co-founded Mundi, a Treasury-as-a-Service platform designed to help SMEs in Turkey optimize yields on their working capital. Omer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University and is a graduate of Tarsus American College.
