Sinan Dallı is an accomplished executive and transformational leader with over 30 years of experience in investment banking, corporate governance, and operational management. He currently serves as the Executive Family Office Director at Lenhill Partners Ltd, where he manages strategic asset allocation and family office governance. Additionally, he is a Director and Executive Board Member at AIO Holding AG in Switzerland and a Non-Executive Board Member at EEC Entegre Bina Kontrol Sistemleri, facilitating the organization's strategic expansion. Mr. Dallı's professional foundation was built over 13 years in the banking sector at Türk Ekonomi Bankası and J.P. Morgan in London, where he developed specialized financial tools for high-inflation environments. He later transitioned into C-level roles across diverse industries, including energy, automotive, and shipping. Notably, he served as the CFO and Board Member of Delta Petroleum, managing major project financing from the IFC, and held similar leadership roles at Standard Profil, where he orchestrated the exit process for private equity shareholders. In his recent leadership tenures, Mr. Dallı was the CEO of Transtal Shipping BV, where he transformed the company's corporate structure and fleet efficiency, and the Interim CEO of Technofashion, leading a comprehensive organizational revamp for global growth. He was also the Founding Partner and CEO of Alser Mining, spearheading a significant chromite discovery before successfully exiting the business in 2019.
