Murat is a Partner at Creston Partners. He began his career in 2008 at PwC as a transaction advisor, where he provided buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and modeling services across multiple industries. He later joined a local investment bank, advising company owners, shareholders, and boards on M&A transactions. Prior to co-founding Creston, Murat was a Partner at Mediterra Capital Partners, a UK-based private equity firm with over $500 million in assets under management and one of the largest funds focused on Turkey. Over 15 years at Mediterra, he evaluated hundreds of companies across diverse sectors, led investment processes for nine portfolio companies, served on their boards, and guided value creation and exit strategies. In 2026, he co-founded Creston Partners. Murat holds an MBA from Stanford University, an MSc in Financial Economics from Istanbul Bilgi University, and a BSc in Mathematics from Koç University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Studies at Istanbul Bilgi University.
